Ordered through the drive thru. Employee struggled to take the order needing us to repeat it several times. There were 2 cars in front of us. Each of us 3 cars paid and then were told to pull forward to wait for our food. After sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes I went inside to ask how much longer. Employee was very snarky and laughed and said the lobby is busy and walked away. He then came back and I asked again he said he didn't know and asked if I wanted to talk to his manager, I said yes. It then took another 5 minutes for someone i assume was a manager even though the name was different than what the employee said it was to come up and say, "ya what do you need". I said I wanted a refund due to the wait time and she said ok and walked off with my receipt. After getting my refund there was no apology or explanation on the issue. During this time I witnessed multiple employees walking around the kitchen doing nothing and a non employee wearing a cracker barrel apron walk into the back area of the drive thru and kitchen to talk with employees. This was the worse taco bell experience I've ever had and I will never return to this location.
