Not sure how in early afternoon you can be the only one in the drive-through, probably no one inside and everything you ordered on the screen looks to be correct and somehow your order is still wrong. Two items wrong, chicken soft taco that I specifically asked for no lettuce and add sour cream, which was put on the screen only to get one with lettuce and when there is sour cream on it, it’s not like I can easily pick off the lettuce. Second item wrong was a basic beef soft taco that was received as something with tomatoes and a bunch of other stuff on it. The two Additional Doritos tacos were broken. So the only things worth consuming, was my nacho fries and my Baja blast. If I didn’t have somewhere else to be, I would’ve went back for them to correct it. But I shouldn’t have to is the point. Worst taco bell as far as competence goes. EVERY time we order from here weather it be online or through the window they screw up. Literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. the ONLY time they got it right is morning shift. Clearly the afternoon/evening shift is full of disrespectful, rude, incompetent people all the way to management. I shouldn't have to waste gas driving back and forth from Crestline to galion because of their screw ups. At this point its worth going the few extra miles to ontario taco bell. At least they can do their jobs.
