Second time this week with an incorrect order and I call, zero action taken. I’d like to be able to get my money back or points. I order 4 chicken quesadilla and 1 nacho fry. No chicken in any quesadillas and no cheese for the fries. It’s not rocket science. It’s Taco Bell. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible customer experience. The window girl gave me my total 3 different times while I was still ordering, was obviously too flustered for this job and annoyed. I asked for sauce because I couldn’t during my order and she threw it in the bag. Fast food, not rocket science. Be nice or be jobless. That’s your only task. Open late so you can be let down Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So I stopped by Taco Bell today to grab food after a long work day. The order taker was very pleasant and didn't rush me to order. He even repeated back my order and made sure to mark no tomatoes on my tacos , however not only did I get tomatoes on my tacos but my nacho fries were cold, hard and old.. and the only thing fresh out of my entire meal was my drink and the chicken quesadilla.. I'm allergic to tomatoes so I always be sure to say no tomatoes and it's even on my receipt but still the food was awful. Clearly a waste of 30.00 dollars. So disappointed. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
