I always order online from this taco bell and today my order name got mixed up. I could tell the team was stressed but they still pulled through! I always appreciate this location and tbh I don't think I've been to a better taco bell so thanks for always being there! Food: 5 Service: 5

Drive through person refused to make my order. I requested a menu item that is no longer on the menu but I still get it there every week. This customer service "Expert" let me know he would not be accommodating me. What happened to appreciating me for spending my money at your business ???
