I stopped to get a drink. There were only 2 employees there. I waited 8 minutes for a $4 drink. I asked for a cup of water as well. And the employee stated at me and repeated "you want a cup for water?" I said yes. And then he walked away from me and went onto another order. This place is understaffed and thw employees are overworked and unfriendly. There are many options. Go somewhere else..Why support an establishment that has poor staffing. Oh my goodness! As a huge Taco Bell fan, I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of my food. The tortilla and cheeses were cold, and the beef tasted absolutely awful. The female who took my order was rude, but on the bright side, a nice guy at the window was there to help. However, the food was so bad that I’ll never be returning. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I came through drive thru last night after 1030 pm. I ordered food and when I came to the second window as told to do so. A girl by thanielle and a manager name Tim. smelled like a liquor bottle. like if they have been drinking on the job. they even looked under the influence. I don't know who is running this restaurant but this is not the first time. I have came by weather through drive thru or coming inside. where the 2 same employees are smelling like alcohol. it makes no sense that a restaurant is run this way..you guys need to be shut down. the only nice person we have met at night who treats us with respect, and dignity. is a manager name max that we hardly see when we come through. not only is this manager nice, respectful but he makes sure our food is nice and hot, when they are out of food. he gives us extra drinks, a promo card or he replaced the food with another item, his friendliness and kindness is what brings us back but when we do come back and he is not working. people smell like alchohol. why can someone explain this.
