If I could give this place no stars I would. This is twice now they messed up a gordita crunch. The first time I didn't get that I got a broken down hard taco in crumbles and then now this time I didnt even get that. If the employees cant read a screen properly and make sure they put everything in the bag then they dont need to work there. This location has done nothing but give out bad service each time I go there. Best part is they werent even busy.

Terrible customer service. It’s always something when coming here. No matter in store ordering or drive thru you will wait 20+ minutes just for someone to take your order. The employees are rude and don’t care about the customers. The kitchen is absolutely disgusting. The manager is rude and acts like he is god. Today I went through the drive thru because as usual their dining room is closed and was told they can’t take any orders because their Wi-Fi is down and the only orders they can take are from door dash which ALL COME FROM THE INTERNET. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. They don’t work very fast and there was a long wait. I get home and all 3 of my crunchy tacos were crushed. The shells were in about 15 pieces. All 3 of them!! You can’t tell me that wasn’t done on purpose. I’ve never had that happen before.
