Went through the drive thru along with 5 other people waiting in line. While the 3 workers inside decided to ignore everyone in the drive thru line. We drove around twice along with the person behind us. Someone needs to do a cleaning of their crew because to ignore customers. Not okay. Last nights crew April2. 2026. Needs to be let go. Very upsetting as a customer to see 3 employees inside your building during open hours ignoring customers. Accepting online orders. And then ignore customers. Taco Bell you need to do something about this. This is very unprofessional and beyond disgusting! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just really have to commend this location. We've lived in the area for 4 years now and this is our local Taco Bell. We order here probably 1-2x a month. I can't recall a single time they've gotten an order wrong. Always cordial employees working regardless of time of day or if I order there or on the app. Food is always made exactly how we ask for it and the Baja blast is always fresh Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
