What a ridiculous experience. 5/19 8:45 PM, there was only 1 other customer waiting for an order when I placed mine. 35 minutes and they still hadn't processed my order. When I complained, the manager snapped at me that it was not their fault. When I asked to cancel my order, she then claimed she had to re-boot the system. After an additional 10 minutes of waiting, I was assured my card would be refunded, so I left. Of course, she did not refund the order and now I have to waste more time on this joke of a Taco Bell. Avoid this location=life is too short for this nonsense! Horribly mismanaged incompetent clowns. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
