The employees here are rude and unprofessional. Upper management needs to be reevaluated. The higher up manager (a guy) was leaving and an employee started clapping and he quickly turned around and bucked up to an employee and I heard her say she didn’t do it. Why would anyone walk up swiftly to an employee like they were going to hit them? Another employee with glasses and an attitude came in from smoking outside and told the other employees to find something to do and quit standing around. Kinda funny when she was outside smoking. Doing nothing but standing around. Lastly. She was talking bad about another employee after sending her home and I heard her say all the way from the back if you don’t like it, then leave. The environment here needs to change. When customers can actively hear the employees and see the employees saying and doing inappropriate things there is a serious issue here. Huge shoutout to the Taco Bell night crew — they absolutely crushed it! I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito, and it was honestly the best one I’ve ever had. It was fully stuffed, perfectly warm, and the ingredients were balanced beautifully throughout. No giant glob of cheese sitting at the end — every bite had the perfect mix of everything! Totally worth the trip, and I’m definitely coming back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
