I ordered spicy potato taco and a fiesta potato. Tell me why I got bricks those potatoes were hard like they been under the heat for days. I gave it to my dog. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I placed an online order, arrived to pick it up, and was told they “never received it.” After standing there for nearly 20 minutes, they suddenly managed to “find” it with no explanation or apology. After a long day, I got home excited to finally eat, only to realize part of my order was completely missing including an entire burrito. The tacos we did receive were pathetic: mostly tortilla and sauce with barely any actual filling. On top of that, the drinks tasted like straight carbonated water, like the syrup was completely empty. I’ve had issues with the Magnolia Taco Bell before, but this experience was on an entirely different level. Between the terrible service, missing food, poorly made items, and low-quality drinks, it honestly felt like nobody cared at all. I spent money on food that was incomplete and barely edible, and I was still left hungry afterward. Extremely disappointed Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible food for the price. Everything was stale. Over 30$ for fastfood. Go to your local Mexican restaurant, dont waste your time or money at this Taco Bell. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40
