Currently been standing at the counter for 5 min to pick up my mobile order, workers have seen me standing here and not one has offered service or even a "we'll be right with you." Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came in and ordered at the kiosk at 2:17. We noticed after several people came in after got their order went to the counter to ask where the order was. The employees were rude and stated they just got the order 3 mins ago. The time at this point was 2:37. They turned and said it'll be ready soon. No apologies or nothing. Finally at 2:43 we received our order by the employee calling out our name and dropping the tray on the counter and walked away. This was our favorite taco bell but lately the service or lack there of has pushed me to go alittle further to different locations.

This Taco Bell actually read my order and gave me exactly what I asked for. It is quiet inside... but that is likely because mose people dont go in but drive through. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
