Absolutely terrible customer service. The employees were busy gossiping with each other and completely ignored me while I was clearly waving for assistance. I stood there waiting and was treated as if I didn’t exist. Customers should not have to beg for basic service. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and management needs to address it immediately. I will think twice before returning. This employee in picture I don’t something wrong with this dude he was acting weird. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This location doesn't have the bean rice and cheese burritos. This is the only thing that is vegetarian that I like from taco bell. I like taco bell, not this location because of the menu. Food: 1

So disappointed because we go here all the time and not coming back. We ordered through the drive thru 10am today and by the time I got to the window, i realized I needed water for my mother and child in the car (it’s 80 degrees today) and Rudy O who claimed to be the manager (was the assistant manager) refused to give me water. I kindly asked again for water & he argues with me for several minutes saying there’s a long line and I should’ve ordered it with my food, told me I was ridiculous and refused many times, I asked him for his name and he refused to say claiming he’s the manager and he doesn’t care (glad it was on the receipt) I had no choice but to take his photo since he wouldn’t tell me his name. Then he finally gives me the water. Beware of Rudy O (photo attached).. luckily I got a hold of the district manager and if he does this to anyone again he’s out of his job as the corporate office does not tolerate this from employees. Don’t let him treat you this way! Lastly, my order was incorrect but it was not a big deal at all compared to Rudy’s service. He seems unhappy and obviously doesn’t care for his job Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
