Drive thru is always moving at a snails pace with no way to exit past a certain point. Over the past few months when we have finally received our food, its often incorrect or missing food items. With the price changes making the same food more expensive and terrible experiences every time, ill just have to accept the Taco Bell im nostalgic for is long gone and stop visiting. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 2

The manager is very rude and several people walked out because she was short of help. She said I yelled twice when I came in and once at the window. I snapped at the woman cuz she wouldn’t shut up long enough to let me order when in drive-thru. Inside I was not rude at all. If you have to stand there five minutes plus, and you get no service or recognition, then that’s a problem. The drive-thru takes precedence. She needs to hire more people. As for yelling, all I said was there anyone to wait on the people in line inside. That’s not rude. The customer is the one in the right. She yelled at us and the whole line of people left. One man even defended me and on the way out he said she was the one with the problem and I have to say she is the problem. I won’t be back at that Taco Bell in Pace. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Remarkable how slow this location is. literally any time after 8 pm...each car equates to about 10 to 15 minutes in line, cant leave. Can't get around other cars, its a one lane drive-through and I waited almost 45 minutes for 4 cars. My order was maybe 8 items. It took my order another 10 minutes. I cant imagine what the cars behind me were feeling, if you cant hire people to do the job, offer more money, or close earlier. Period. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
