The manager is not really friendly towards the employees. We understand it peak time and it’s lunch time but please be nice to your employees. They work more efficiently in a comfortable work environment. She was making the lobby guests uncomfortable. We understands it’s peak time and if the guests aren’t complaining don’t yell at the employees especially when the gentleman is already assisting a costumer. It is fast food but still about presentation at the end of the day. It’s more than a clean lobby and hot food, it’s about the experience as well. Definitely an appetizer killer. I think it’s time for the manager to be retrained in that field. Adding please at the end of each statement doesn’t fix it when your demeanor is uninviting. She thought we were making faces because the delay in the food, but in reality it was her. On the other hand thank you Roberto, keep up the good work!! Definitely customer driven.

I went through the drive through and it was taking awhile cuz the ppl in front of me had some issue with billing. When it came to my turn I happen to have the same issue... the issue was that I did NOT say I wanted to donate money to you yet my recipe showed a donation on my behalf... I work hard for my money and I'm okay paying for what I ordered but it is unacceptable for you to add things on to my bill when I specifically said NO. I will not be returning Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly the only reason I come back to this place is to remind myself why I drive to the further store for Taco Bell. Lowest quality Taco Bell I've ever worked at and eaten at. Honestly pretty surprised they are still in business. I just had a breakfast crunch wrap made with a stale 12 inch tortilla (should be a 10in) despite using a larger tortilla it was wrapped poorly with a large hole. I was given cinnabons instead of the hash brown that I ordered. And lastly my drink was supposed to be no ice and it did have ice. Hard to give an opinion on service since Taco Bell service has been shit since Covid hit. I see a few other comments about how clean the place is, they just got remodeled, so hopefully they can keep it that way Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
