I ordered my food through the app, and when my order had gotten here, I saw that there was blocked ice in both of my Baja Blast freezes, and that should have been my first red flag that this entire order was going to be horrible. I had gotten 2 supreme luxe boxes with steak chalupas, and the tomato's on my entire order were sour. The steak in my chalupas were hard, and cold. And they didn't give me the correct sauces at all. That's what's ever. I don't pay for the sauces. I don't care. What I care about is when I called in, I was hung up on every single time and the man I was talking to was incredibly rude. The customer service is absolutely terrible, and they aren't willing to refund me even if I bring in my order. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Review for Taco Bell – 2309 NE 181st Ave I came into Taco Bell to place an order and followed the instructions posted in the store to use the kiosk. I completed my order there and then waited at the front register because I was paying with cash. While I was waiting, an employee named Derek (working the drive-thru) looked at me and told me I needed to use the kiosk. I calmly explained that I had already done that and was waiting to pay with cash. He repeated himself again instead of listening, and when I repeated that I was paying cash, he basically ignored me. Eventually another employee stepped in and helped me finish paying, and she was polite and professional. I appreciate her helping resolve the situation. However, Derek’s attitude was very disrespectful and dismissive. Customers shouldn’t be talked to like that, especially when they are following the instructions the store provides. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience. Price per person: $10–20

I am constantly having issues with my delivery orders from this location. I found that unless you use the Taco Bell app, they will make your order even more sloppy. I have gotten wrong sizes, things missing, missing customized items (which I pay extra for), and the last few orders I have gotten a freeze. I had one order where an entire almost 2 inches of the freeze wasn't there. My most recent, I ordered a large size and got the regular. I don't typically have these types of issues with other locations. I don't recommend this one. Food: 4 Service: 2
