So I deliver doing DoorDash and I have happened to get a second order while I’m picking up the first order so I accept it while I let him know the names of the people of the DoorDash I’m picking up and he tells me well. The first one is ready and the second one you have to come in and grab it, mind you I’m the only one in line. I get they have the timer for the drive through but the guy who help me and was telling me this was getting mad because I refused park and go inside. I stayed seated in my car I wasn’t rude. But that’s not your policy and as a doordasher policy is we don’t have to go inside to get the orders and we can do drive through. Well he threaten to call the cops on me which I find a little insulted because I wasn’t cursing and I wasn’t rude for him to straight just say I’m calling the cops. That’s not a policy and his co worker I didn’t catch his/her name but was telling me it was policy and he was nice before. So I stop her there and was like before what I wasn’t mean or rude so no his actions don’t get excused. Worst service ever Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Watch out in the drive through at this location. I was looking at the menu as I approached and the ordering kiosk is quite a bit before the actual menu. By the time I realized that, I was past it, and another car already behind me, and another it. Backing up was not going to happen. After being stuck in the unable to exit drive through line for 7 minutes or so before the window, I was told "sorry too busy, go around again." Reasonable... BUT, you actually can't do that. The drive through exit is a one-way right turn back onto Barbur blvd (taco bells entrance would be a left turn) and there is divided road at that point (i. e. no left turn is possible, and there is nowhere to pull a u-turn until the stoplight at Terwilliger and Barbur. I get it, you are busy and I missed the kiosk, sure, but you may as well have just given the middle finger when you said to just come around again - because... you can't actually do that. They should work in 2 ways and if possible they should open any 2nd window or gate so if someone going to get the delivery order they can park their car in parking and can grab their order at night time everyone should not using driver thru Service: 1
