Subject: Formal Complaint Against Manager Victor I would like to file a formal complaint regarding Manager Victor at Taco Bell. While I was picking up a DoorDash order, I politely asked for a bag so I could properly deliver the customer’s food. Victor refused to provide a bag and became argumentative when I explained that I needed one for the delivery. Instead of assisting, he challenged me and created an uncomfortable situation. As a DoorDash driver, I work directly with restaurants to ensure customers receive their orders in good condition. Refusing a reasonable request and speaking to a driver in a disrespectful manner is unprofessional and negatively impacts both customer service and delivery operations. I was disappointed by Victor’s attitude and conduct. Managers should lead by example and treat customers, employees, and delivery drivers with respect. His behavior was inappropriate and made it difficult for me to complete my job efficiently. I respectfully request that this incident be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to prevent similar situations from happening in the future. The staff always seem pissed off and are extremely unfriendly. They get paid $20 an hour to do the bare minimum. They don’t even have napkins in the lobby. Go somewhere else, this location is trash Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Do you guys always forget items read the receipts before selling out orders it’s ridiculous. I’m tired of having to spend money and never get my shit for DoorDash. Price per person: $10–20
