We’ve ordered from the location multiple times, and each time it gets worse. This time will probably be our last and we’ll just make the drive to the East York location from now on. My fiancé picked up a mobile order on the way home. When he got home he first realized the Mountain Dew wasn’t made dirty. Despite the upcharge I was just gonna let it go since the time before that it was basically a cup of cream with a shot of Pepsi. He got our toddler in her high chair and went to get her burrito that wasn’t in the bag. This is the only thing she got so I had to make the drive back for it. He called them as I was leaving so it would be ready when I got there. I believe it was the manager I spoke to there, she gave me the burrito and soda and I said “I just want to make sure there is 100% not jalapeño sauce in this burrito it’s for a toddler” she confirmed that it was made correctly according to the order slip (easy beans and no jalapeño sauce). She gave us 2 taco tabs for the inconvenience which I appreciated. I make the drive home, finally able to eat my now cold and soggy food. I cut the burrito in half to give to my toddler. No beans. Smothered in jalapeño sauce. Save yourself the gas and headache and go to the East York location Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The staff does not know what they're doing. Don't even get me started on the wait times because they have not improved since they've opened. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

I’m so sad how bad this location is. The staff have not been friendly 4/5 times I’ve been. My food has been wrong 3/5 times I’ve gone. This is a new location and it is the worst I’ve ever been to. I’ve gotten 5 layers with only cheese and the tortillas, cheese sauce open and flipped upside down in the combo box, missing items, waited 35 minutes 3/5 times in the drive thru for only 2 cars ahead of me. These workers don’t care and are totally cool if that location shuts down tomorrow so I’ll do my part to help by never going back. I’m a red lion resident and this is so bittersweet that we finally got a Taco Bell for it to be like this. If the owner is reading this, do something your people are going to tank you. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
