Have been to this location 3 times now and each time it Took over 30 mins with 3 cars in front of me to get two soft tacos..corporate or something needs to get involved. You can hear employees just gossiping while sitting at the drive through window. You can also watch 3-4 employees walk around doing nothing. I used To manage a taco bell and I would have fired your entire night staff by now. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered Grilled Cheese burrito, burrito did not have cheese grilled on it. Called to correct the mistake, sent to voicemail. Paid $9 dollars for a Grilled Cheese burrito and received a burrito without grilled cheese something that would have cost only $4 dollars. I've been robbed of what I ordered. Cold food! When I let them know they got my drink wrong I was met with "well that what you ordered" only one person speaks English. Took 30 minutes for my food. Got it home after checking the bags and found out that the crunch wrap was missing add-ons I payed for. Also im going to call the heath department and have them do a check as the outer reviews have mentioned dirty work environment. I work in a shop and my place is cleaner! Do better taco bell!!!
