Don't let the new building fool you. This place is just as terrible and slow as it used to be. First off, they don't let you order Carryout. Even if the inside is open, the only option on the app is Drive-Thru; carryout is set as "currently unavailable" even though you can see customers entering the building. They now have 2 lanes to order in the drive-thru, so they can take your order twice as fast and then take their time once you're trapped in the drive-thru line. I ordered my food online, and went to the location. I could not sit in the drive-thru as I had to get to work, and if they took too long then I would be stuck in the drive-thru, unable to leave until they feel they are in the mood to make my order. I went inside and told the manager that I ordered drive-thru but I want to pick it up inside. He then queued my order so the workers could start making it. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the manager gave me the drink cup that came with my meal. The workers were pumping out drive-thru orders, but couldn't care less about the people waiting inside. After 20 minutes longer of waiting, I had to leave for work with no food in hand. The workers see you standing there for 30+ minutes, and don't say a single word to you. They don't ask for your name to check your order status or anything. They act as though we're mere spectators to their culinary excellence as opposed to customers waiting for them to decide if they feel like making your order or not. I was absolutely furious. I showed up 30 minutes before I had to be at work, and in those 30 minutes all I actually got was a drink cup. My order wasn't even large, I had only ordered 3 items. But after 30 minutes of waiting, my order wasn't ready? I am absolutely furious at the terrible customer service. I'm going to send an email to corporate requesting a full refund and inquiring as to why carry-out is always "currently unavailable" at this location and you are forced to pick drive-thru if you order ahead in the app. If the inside is open, carryout should be available. I suspect carryout is set as "currently unavailable" because with carryout they'd have to start making your order as soon as you place it, even if you haven't arrived yet. With Drive-Thru they don't start making your order until you arrive and tell them your name in the drive-thru line. If corporate refuses to give me a refund, then I'm going to file a charge-back through my bank. Today I paid $14.50 for a large drink cup at Taco Bell. Maybe I ought to reach out to Guinness World Records for "Most expensive drink cup" and "slowest Taco Bell location" I bet I'd receive my record plaque sent via snail mail quicker then I'd get the food I paid for at this location. The remodel did this place in. Bad service , bad food and bad attitudes all around. Got a chicken stack tonight that had 3 pieces on each side and I mean small pieces. Went back in a manager had HORRIBLE attitude!!!!!! Instead of just making me a new one the way it’s supposed to be made he caught an attitude! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
