Extremely frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. They don’t honor the Taco Bell rewards or promotions that are advertised through the app, which completely defeats the purpose of using the rewards program in the first place. Customers go out of their way to download the app, collect points, and use the promotions that the brand itself promotes. When a location refuses to honor those offers, it makes the whole system feel pointless and misleading. Instead of creating a positive experience for loyal customers, it just leaves people feeling like the location is cutting corners or trying to avoid honoring deals that other Taco Bell locations have no problem accepting. If this place actually wants repeat customers, they should start honoring the promotions the brand advertises and focus on running the location in a way that builds trust instead of frustration.
