I was ordering my food and I believe the lady taking my order name was Sonia was very rude when I asked a question, not only that she had her microphone on while yelling at her employees stating unprofessional behavior. It’s one thing to correct an employee but to be disrespectful is out of character. After all that said and done they still messed up my order after her rude remark of substitution on my order. Only good thing I had to say was the gentleman at the window giving us our order very polite and when I went inside to correct my order he was very helpful! Rude managers or employees needed to be checked for their actions to others ! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came in yesterday with my family and we were immediately greeted by Ivan. He had a huge smile on his face while he checked up on EVERYONE that was in that lobby. He would go to kiosks and help out customers who were having a hard time with them. You can totally tell he’s being genuine. It’s hard to see this type of service in fast food but not rare. I wanted to praise this young man for the amazing visit we had. I spoke to the manager on duty (Sonia) just to let her know of my experience and made sure he also heard it from me. Keep up the good work Ivan! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered these new nuggets that tacos bell is promoting just to receive this... they are overly cooked and stale.. it is at your own risk to buy these and hopefully you do not get something like this... taco bell just stick to what you good at and not nuggets... Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 5
