I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell consistently for the past couple of months, and honestly, I’ve always had good experiences with the food. I work late nights, so this has become my go-to place for dinner around midnight or 1:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the last two nights have been extremely frustrating. Last night, I waited about 15 minutes in the drive-thru only to reach the speaker and be told they were only accepting DoorDash and online orders. Tonight, I saw another long line, drove to the Taco Bell in the Walmart plaza (which was also backed up), then came back to this location and waited another 15 minutes, only to be told the exact same thing again. I completely understand that the restaurant is understaffed. I don’t blame the employees for that. However, management needs to do a much better job communicating with customers. If you’re only accepting online and delivery orders, there should be a sign posted at the entrance or drive-thru so customers don’t spend 15–20 minutes waiting in line only to find out they won’t be served. During my conversation with the staff, I expressed my frustration, and one employee responded by saying, “You come work here then.” I understand they’re under pressure, but that’s not an appropriate response to a customer who’s simply frustrated after waiting in line multiple nights in a row. I genuinely like this location and want it to succeed, which is why I’m leaving this review. I hope management addresses both the communication issue and the staffing challenges, because loyal customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly waste their time just trying to find out they can’t order. Took 20 minutes in the drive thru. They wouldn’t let me pull up from the speaker. The lady at the window was rude. Didn’t greet me or say anything at all. There was 7 nacho fries in a large order!!!!! I don’t understand why the lady on the speaker won’t let me pull up till the car in front of me is done. Won’t be back. Price per person: $10–20

This place is really going downhill. Worst Taco Bell in Rochester they messed up my whole order this evening and what I got was a sad excuse mostly empty quesadillas and when I called and said I wanted my money back because I didn't get basically anything that I ordered. The manager hung up on me and was rude. Worst fast food service I've had Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
