Waited behind two other cars in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. I already paid through Apple Pay. We never got our food due to not moving at all in the drive thru and it took up our entire lunch break at work so we had to leave. We stopped inside to see if they could refund or cancel my order. They said they can’t do anything so we left. Had a full staff and couldn’t even get the drive thru moving properly. Left hungry and pissed.

Our order visibly sat on the workstation counter for upwards of 25 minutes before we were asked what the order name was, we were there for, despite overhearing the staff talk about it for almost 15 minutes as if it was still in the process of being prepared. Food looked like it was haphazardly just thrown together, and the Mexican pizza box was pretty much flattened by the rest of the food at the very bottom of the bag. Ordered 2 orders of Nacho Fries, and not only were they soggy and inedible, but just tossed into the bag as a last-minute thought & were spilled all over. Out of the barrage of food we ordered(10+ food items) there was only 1 drink; Not 3-5 drinks, but JUST ONE & they managed to screw that up too. Overall, I'd rate this experience 0 stars if I could, because the staff seemed incredibly inexperienced & completely irresponsible to be handling people's food laughing & giggling more than actually working; Along with the fact there was trash & debris littering the kitchen & the sheer disregard for obvious customers waiting at the front counter. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes

The food here is amazing. The girls are really nice and they’ll take good care of you and if you’re having a bad day, they’ll hook you up or make you feel at home if any other Taco Bell that you went to gave you the ew, this place won’t!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
