Horrible place! Will never step foot at this taco bell again. We gave this location a try because of traveling and the service was extremely rude, the order wasn't made how we ordered it. The food tasted soggy and stale and the drinks tasted like mold. Very weird funny taste to them and we stuck to getting our usual orders at our home taco bell so everything was definitely off and stale. Everything just was gross, not clean and very rude Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I do want to start by saying that this review is nothing personal against the employees because technically this isnt their fault, but something needs to be done about what i am about to say. When I watched the employees on the line, there was one guy I noticed with very hairy arms. Here's the problem...while he was making someone's burrito, I noticed that he did have on gloves, however, the gloves obviously stop at his wrist. Well, he took the tortilla and held it in his gloved hand but the tortilla was very large and as he held it, i noticed that alot of the tortilla was laying on his hairy arm. The gloves dont go high enough up his arm to prevent this from happening. I was immediately grossed out. I was praying that wasnt my order. It wasnt, but someone was getting a burrito that started off on his hairy arm. Obviously, this wasnt his fault, but something needs to be done about this asap. This is completely unsanitary. Either the gloves need to go further up the arm or the store needs to make sure these employees shave their arms atleast to their elbows. But something has got to be done. Thankfully, we ordered soft tacos so they fit in his gloved hand without touching his hairy arm. But someone got a burrito that laid on his hairy arm. We need to start watching our food being prepped which means, no drive-thru atleast for me. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Honey this has been a horrible experience. I arrived at 12:10am and didn’t get my food until 12:40. The line wasn’t long. No one was inside. Not sure what the issue is. And to top it off. I ordered 12 tacos and only got 11. Yall had a half hour to make the order and still couldn’t get it right? There’s 3 ingredients. Tortilla, beef, cheese. I’m too annoyed to go back. But they could have AT LEAST apologized for the 30 minute wait. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
