If you're going to eat here, be prepared to wait way too long and then get an incorrect order. I ordered two combos, a Nacho Fries, and a Nacho Fries Bell Grande with sour cream on the side. My receipt listed the order time as 01/28/18 at 12:10pm. I finally got my order at exactly 12:30pm but the Nacho Fries Bell Grande had sour cream. That was 100% the kitchen's fault because the receipt had Sour Cream on Side, so the cashier did his job perfectly. I alerted the person handing out the food and the cashier apologized. At 12:34pm, the cashier saw the kitchen still hadn't made a correct order for me so he went to make it. A lady with a headset on (I think she's a manger) fussed at him for it, so he had to stop making my corrected order. It took another 5 minutes for the manager that fussed at him to get my corrected order to me at 12:39pm. A half hour is completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant, especially for such a small order. And if it's going to be that long of a wait, it needs to be right. Not once did the manager apologize. Not once did the manager offer a refund or a free item. The cashier was great and showed much more professionalism than the manager did.
