Absolutely horrible. Ordered the chicken fajita nacho fries with jalapeños and instead was given the fajita chalupas. Order ticket was correct so how do you mess that up? Go back and had them remake it. They didnt put jalapeños on it so i pointed that out just for the lady to point at a green bell pepper and say maybe theyre underneath... no theyre not i want my jalapeños cuz i paid extra. If i didnt ask for them i would have went home without them on my food. Gives a side of jalapeños. Everyone knows the jalapeños go on top and do you not know the difference between a bright green pepper versus a pickled jalapeño? Seriously? Gaslit and not happy by any means. It was disrespectful. Just to get home and realize not only did they try to gaslight me about the jalapeños they also used the wrong chicken. They used the cubed grilled chicken instead of the shredded slow roasted chicken. And there was little to no nacho cheese but a whole bunch of creamy jalapeño sauce. The fries were super soggy and the whole order was just a complete disaster. This location never knows what theyre doing. Its a disgrace. I swear the only reason they are still open is because of the students and people who live across the street. Never again. I specifically avoid this location at all costs for this reason and have for years. Not once have i ever gotten an order made correctly. I usually try not to complain, but every single time we go to this place there's something wrong. Foods cold, extras paid for but missing the sauce requested multiple times wrong or missing. Tonight i got a beefy five layer with no meat and the taco my bf got in his lux box was extremely stale. This place needs to do better from another service worker you guys are awful.
