So hard to navigate the self service kioskdid hear an employee come up and tell other customers that they didn’t have large cups & he didn’t want them to be charged for a large. Called my name, but didn’t even include any cups for drinks. Had to wait minutes before an employee came back to the counter to get the rest of my order. I know everyone is about cost savings, but I prefer talking to a human to order my food. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
