5/26/24 12:26pm Worse experience I've ever had with this place. I actually send 40/50 customers to there place of Business every weekend cause I own a small business 4 doors down from them. My nephew explicitly went over my order twice with them and they totally screwed my order up adding foods that I'm allergic to. Just unbelievable experience on this Sunday of Memorial weekend. Needless to say I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THERE PLACE OF BUSINESS AGAIN! PEEPS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! FIFTY BUCKS DOWN THE TOILET!! TKS TACO BOY, FOLLY BEACH!!:( Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

UPDATE: I am changing this a bit because after some reflection, I think we experienced an "off" night. I would still say not to wait and hour+ for a table, but we did find that our table was ready earlier than the estimated wait time one night. The atmosphere and decor is nice and when the live music is playing, I'm sure it adds to the experience. So I do think it may be worth checking out Taco Boy Folly Beach and making your own assessment. We kept trying to get a table here because it was always busy so we figured it must be really good. Plus on the weekend there was live music, it looked like a cool place to hang out, drink a margarita and eat a taco. While it was ok, I don’t think Taco Boy really lived up to the expectations we had set. The margaritas were ok and the food was decent. I don’t recommend waiting too long for a table as it’s not worth a long wait. It’s not awful, but just not anything particularly special either. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
