I used to really like taco cabana, but lately this location has gone downhill. Customer Service is terrible. Went for a drive-thru order, first thing the girl does is hand me my drink which pops right open on me. Couldn't even be bothered to secure it before she hands it to me. Second, my side isn't even correct. Ordered chips and queso and just got chips. The tacos were sad and there wasn't even much meat in them. The girl who served me was the most apathetic person I've dealt with. Like, ma'am, you work in customer service. I get it, but if you hate your job so much then don't work there.
