First visit to a taco casa ever. Not sure I'll ever go back :/. Got some burritos and the cheese was not just cold, but so cold it was still all clumped together. Started eating it and the entire first half of the burrito was just tortilla and cold cheese. Meat, beans, and salsa didn't exist until the second half. The burrito I ordered didn't have beans listed, that was the main reason I ordered it, I hate refried beans, but it still had refried beans in it. Not sure if that was a mistake or maybe that's how it normally comes despite what the menu says. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The manager for the evening shift for tonight 7226 was rude disrespectful and the employees need to learn customer service and quit playing around inside the building and do their job and get your food orders right. and when you're told that is wrong don't charge the person anyway and then get mad and get a attitude because you have to get money back. also ordered a large drink and he gave me half a drink with no eyes and it should have been a large drink light ice and would not fix it
