Taco Cortes is one of my favorite taco trucks in West Seattle for sure. I’ve had their burrito, burrito bowl, tacos, sopes, quesadilla, birria tacos, and every time it’s been delicious. My favorite meat from them by far is their campechano—I haven’t been able to find it anywhere else in West Seattle yet, though the rest of their meats are great as well. They’re always pretty quick and also have very friendly and kind service which has kept me coming back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
