How do I give zero stars to their Broadway and Alameda location in Denver? I ordered nine items in drive-through, everything was good on the screen. Get to the window they hand me the bag, and I check it because I've been burned by this place too many times...There's only seven items in the bag. I tell them this, and they ask me which items are missing. I told them I don't know as I haven't opened all the items. I hand them the bag (they put gloves on which was nice) and still come back stating everything is right and hand me the bag back. I tell them no it's not, I purchased 9 items and there's only 7 in there. They get someone else and I run through the whole process again only for the same response. Again, I tell them I'm missing two items and again they ask which ones. Bag back and forth again, then get a "manager" who runs me through the exact same BS, this time with an attitude, and she finally throws two more items in the bag. I drive off as it's been 15 minutes and the line is building up behind me and there were now 9 items in my bag. Get home and find that 5 of the 9 items are wrong, and all taco shells are broken beyond eating without a fork. Not sure who TB is hiring, but these are the most incompetent people I've ever come across who have zero care for their job, quality of work, etc...Whatever lady managing the Broadway location needs to be terminated immediately...One simple job and they can never get it right, or even close to right. I expect a certain amount of mistakes with fast food drive-through, but this is next level incompetence. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the best Taco Bell in the metro area. If im craving it I make the drive. Food is always hot, order is always right, drive through is friendly. The biggest thing that stands out is food quality. The tacos actually have meat in them. The tortillas are warm and slightly toasted. Great Job!!! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Girls at drive through were laughing as I ordered. Not a good feeling. I asked for "deluxe" crunchy tacos and she insisted there was no such thing and pushed the regular crunchy taco. Obviously I was talking about the "supreme" crunchy taco and she should have known that. Asked for sugar free mountain dew and she said we don't have that we have diet. I said same thing. When I got to the window she said "it's not diet it's zero-sugar." Obviously I meant zero sugar when I said sugar free. Incompetent Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
