Stopped in for dinner and truly enjoyed the depth of flavor each taco delivered. The guac as an appetizer was a very large portion for 2 people. It would be more suitable for 3 or possibly 4 to share. We also received housemade tortilla chips with three different salsa (smokey red, medium green tomatillo and hot orange habanero). The salsas were all unique not just in spiciness, but flavor profiles. That was a nice surprise. Taco size is very generous when compared to other traditional individual tacos in restaurants, but you'll still probably need at least 2 for a meal and definitely 3 if you're really hungry or don't order any appetizers. Our server Mike was very friendly, gave good recommendations, was efficient but welcoming and we didn't feel rushed. My jicama agua fresca was great. I also recommend the street corn. The only thing I'm more hesitant to recommend would be the guac. It was more acidic, almost fermented than I am used to eating. The menu has many options for gluten free diners. Overall a great visit. Sophia was an amazing waitress. Attentive and has a lot of character. She offered recommendations considering we were visiting from Texas. My brother, Leonard Davis, recommended the visit and Taco Guild did not disappoint! The chicken tinga and Chipotle cherry steak tacos were a great hit for me. Very flavorful dishes, great service, and great ambiance. Pros - flavorful, service, ambiance, quality prices. Cons - parking.
