You tried to hold up a 200 foot long line to make a phone call about an order change and were extremely politely asked to step aside while you figured it out. 189 other people had no issue ordering, eating, and leaving happily. You also expressed that you were mainly upset about being skipped in line, and "nothing was done about it." It is not my Job to teach your children to speak up for themselves if a stranger cuts them, it's yours. You then went on facebook at 1 am and essentially called my mother rude, and said her customer service was poor, which im certain ANY of my actual customers can attest to being laughable. You had your wife leave an actual negative review at 4AM!! I cannot even fathom how not getting tacos could keep you up all night. And here you are, waking up at 1pm to leave another, of the first negative reviews ive ever had. You and your wife are fired as customers. Please, don't come back.
