Just a shell of what this place used to be (pun intended). Service is awful, lobby has completely empty what used to be salsa bar (if you aren't going to use it get it out). Ots just so sad, before they greedily over expanded in the 1990's, it looks like an abandoned building that someone is pretending to be the once great taco mayo. As an executive, I can see the potential this chain could have but with a complete lack of effort, leadership, and a corporate board that cares. This place is doomed. It's sad because it used to be so good and so much better than taco bell or taco Bueno. I suggest firing the board and the c-suite and bring back the old format and start to rebuild. You still have a loyal following. Your Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and all those involved in major decision must be fired or at least need to listen to the voice of their customers for this chain to survive.
