This is my absolute favorite place to visit every time we visit Hot Springs! Love the chicken burrito. Love the queso. Love the atmosphere. Been going to Taco Pronto since the 70's. I went today to get a Pronto Special #2. Worst food i have ever had there!!! The taco and tostado were both cold. The lettuce tasted like it was from a bag and it was wilted and turning brown. The burrito was nothing but slop! I took the uneaten food back inside and told them to keep that junk. I will never go back! We have so many Mexican restaurants in Hot Springs. Today is November 5th, 2024. So whoever was working today? Needs to be fired! You are running what used to be a good restaurant in the ground Walker Murray!!! Maybe you should change the staff? Or close down! I'm done!!!
