I absolutely love the food from Taco Rico and order from the Bird Road location regularly. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious every time I visit. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and provides excellent customer service. I especially want to recognize Andrea for always going above and beyond. She consistently delivers outstanding service with a positive attitude and a smile, making every visit a great experience. It’s clear that the team takes pride in both the quality of their food and the service they provide. The personnel were all very cordial and polite. They helped when no seats were available and maintained the space very welcoming and clean. The cashier on-duty was always passing by to make sure everything was good and we had what we needed. The food was hot and fresh. Would 10/10 recommend.
