I have never been disappointed with their food. I order the chorizo burrito regularly and it's always hot everything is well distributed throughout the whole burrito the PERFECT! bite all the way through. The verde sauce is top notch with a little bit spice and sweetness and for me to say that about verde sauce is crazy cause I am more of a red sauce guy. Keep up the great work Taco Star. I’ve been having a really rough time with taco time to the point they might lose my business. The time before last I had my husband pick it up on his way home because we’re not even in Delta we live in Grand Junction. When he got home we realized half of our food was missing and we were not offered a refund. It was very late, he had a much longer wait than anticipated, and customer’s shouldn’t have to check their stuff. Then this time we ordered online to make sure it was ready by the time we got there. We had placed it a little before 7:30 maybe more like 720 And it had a time of pick up at 7:41. We literally waited half an hour at the restaurant which we were trying to avoid. Frustrations really built up when I kept seeing people who had ordered after I had arrived at the restaurant get their food. There was no sense of urgency nobody seemed to know what was going on, and then after the third person asked (and honestly at this point I was gonna demand a refund), They asked if the Order was ready and apparently at some point had been sitting to the side. We were offered a large drink but as it was almost 815 and needed to be in Montrose by eight it was declined. My family and I always make a big stink about coming up to taco time anytime we’re driving through or going to Delta to see family, but this makes it very much not special and not worth it. Can you guys please figure out your crap? Update (because I made this before even leaving restaurant) food is cold and soggy. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
