Dear Taco Time NW, I had the pleasure of visiting the Renton location Taco Time this evening, 15 June 2026. I normally don't take my time to write reviews, but I think this occasion and the service I received was worthy of taking the time to recognize the team. I pulled up to the drive thru at approximately 9:51PM and was greeted by Jose at the Drive Thru window. I had a pretty busy day - work, gym, run/bike. I needed to find something to eat because there was absolutely no groceries at my house, and I didn't have time for the store. I immediately thanked Jose at the Drive Thru for taking my order because I recognized it was 10 minutes before closing, and I wasn't the only one in line. Jose said something along the lines of "no problem, order whenever you're ready." In a time where no one really shows empathy, I could tell it was a genuine response and the team surely didn't mind. Jose took my order, gave me my total, and I pulled around to the window. I think the whole interaction took less than 10 minutes, which I'm absolutely amazed about since it was so close to closing. I'm a military veteran - so I've been to many different places in the world (extremely high expectations for service), and usually one (1) hour before closing is extremely impossible to get anything close to this. I'm so used to places saying "we are out of x,y,z" to simply get out of making an order. I'm sure you're familiar with the store layout - but the team didn't display a single bad attitude while making my food, or anyone behind me. Jose and his team deserve to be recognized for their stellar attitudes and performance on a Monday night, ten (10) minutes before close, on one of the hottest days here in Seattle. I'm sure they were all ready to go home (as they most likely deserved) but they decided to welcome me and not only make my food, but make sure it was fresh. When I got home, I wasn't expecting the quality of food I received (not in a bad way) and I was grateful to have a warm, well assembled meal by the Taco Time team. I remember moving here two years ago and hearing about Taco Time. I've visited multiple locations since I've been here and have never had one bad experience. However, this locations team deserves the recognition today because they made my long strenuous day a little easier because they treated me like a human being. Thanks again Jose and team, I hope you guys continue to put forth the great work and empathy I received this evening. I was a little disappointed. I had seen on Instagram that crisp burritos were available for three dollars from 8pm until close..., but it seems the advertisement was inaccurate. They only offer that special during their winter hours, which had concluded six weeks prior. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Received an order last night 3/6 and I firmly believe we have food poisoning. We had crisp burritos and soft taco.. and have been up for literally hours since then. Extreme pain out of nowhere and the food appeared to be "okay" first time ever experiencing food poisoning from fast food. Something was contaminated. They clearly stop caring at night Food: 1
