All orders that are being delivered now days is the worst public service I have ever experienced. What is going on? Every online delivery order, is always delivered with something missing napkins, straws and no drink for a combo order you just placed. No sauses you asked for. This makes a great meal one of the worst meals. Sitting here anticipating a great meal suddenly becomes the worst cause they forgot my drink its just depressing. I blame it on the restaurants. We pay for not only your wages but for convenience and delivery service. Right now pay outweighs the order service not the delivery service. Thats across the country Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very bad experience at Taco Bell. The staff behaved very rudely and did not treat customers properly. On top of that, the order we received was completely different from what we actually ordered. This was very disappointing and frustrating. Customer service and order accuracy should be taken more seriously. I hope management improves the behavior of the staff and pays more attention to customer orders in the future. The Punjabi guy is very rude he has no sense how to talk with customers Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
