Buenos Dias, my classmate and I are from the Great State of TEXAS. El Paso aka El Chuco and Laredo, Respectively. Home to authentic Mexican cooking. Yes cooking, not food but in preparation and taste. Taco Vaca did not disappoint in this case their Menudo. If your from south Texas where they serve it with a tortilla or up North con pan blanco y mantecilla you will not be disappointed.
