I stopped in there today. For the past two months I have been reading the reviews, looking at your menu and looking at all of your post and pretty pictures... I have waited a long time for this. I was so excited.. But then my excitement turned in disappointment and anger. I asked for this burger, it looks so good I also requested the salad bar for 1000 more. Oh and a coke lite. I excitedly go sit and wait for my meal. I wait five minutes and the pretty worker comes out and says "we don't have any hamburgers all we have is chicken" Sadly I agreed to have the chicken. I wait another five minutes (I am not complaining about the wait) and here comes my chicken sandwich. I asked about the salad bar and she said "that will cost 3,500 more. I gave her a look of question and asked how come? Your website (facebook) read that it would be only 1000 more. She said again "no, 3,500 more" . That is where the anger entered. I comely gave back the chicken (that I didn't want in the first place) and my coke lite and walked away, feeling that I have been taken advantage of by nothing but ignorance. The language barrier. If I would have been in the USA I would have argued the point. But since we speak two different languages. I did not want to argue. I just took the loss and left. I, sadly, Will never go there again and I will be here for two months. Thanks for ruining what I thought was going to be something special....

My family loves the Tacobar in Pinares! The meat in the tacos are always so tasty and the portions are a bang for the buck. And with an AWESOME salad bar, you never go home hungry or guilty from eating such fresh prepared food. Dorita, our waitress, is always ready to serve our table with a smile. Thank you!!
