Stopped by Taco Time and honestly had such a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and made perfectly, but what really stood out was the customer service. Everyone was friendly, fast, and made the whole visit enjoyable. You can tell the staff cares about what they do. Definitely one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time — I’ll absolutely be back! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

On my first visit I learned that they charge 2 bits for paper bags, I didn't need one for just a burrito, no thanks. On the second visit, I was not asked and they assumed I wanted a bag, I only ordered 2 burritos. It was busy so I went to the washroom. What an absolutely disgusting mess, empty soap container refills on the counter, looked liked it hasn't been mopped in a few days, no paper towels, dirty sink, stains all over the toilet, obviously not cleaned for a few days or more. Calls into question the cleanliness of the kitchen if you can't be bothered to do even the washroom on a regular basis The food was typical good TacoTime, on the first visit they were out of cheese, the burrito I ordered had technical errors and I ate all the condiments first before getting to the meat Second time around, I paid for a bag I didn't want, but the food was more technically correct. Not sure if they deserve a third visit, there are lots of other places I should review, might get back to them someday but not a priority. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20
