I’m Mexican and I approve these tacos.Bean tacos was really good, flavorful. Chicken was amazing, reminded me of Pollo Tinga. Beef was okay, it reminded me of beef chili more than anything else. These tacos are not street tacos from Mexico, (street tacos are much smaller and made of corn tortillas while these are medium size flour tortillas) but for being on the other side of the world, it’s enough to satisfy the craving for late night tacos.The salsas are not too spicy. The “Call the Priest” salsa is spicy but I would have called it medium (again, for a Mexican). It starts hot but give it a few seconds and your tongue starts to cool off.Great job Tacocat! You made me a very happy Mexican.Muchas Gracias!
