Report incorrect information
After confirming my order TWICE, I did not receive the additional chips I asked for (this is the 2nd time this has happened). When I called back in to ask about them, I was promised that the delivery guy would bring them back. When that didn't happen, and after I found a missed call from the store, I tried to call back in and ask why this hadn't happened, as well as to ask about the extremely poor quality of meat I found (again) on the fajita nachos I received. At this point, the restaurant supposedly (and conveniently) started experiencing "phone problems." Someone would pick up, but then no one would speak. This happened at least a dozen times over the next 2 or 3 hours. Finally, I gave up and went to the store.
When I arrived at the store, as soon as I identified myself and asked why I was being treated this way (especially since I've spent HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS at Tacon Ganas), the girl at the counter (and eventually, the delivery guy) became argumentative. When I told her about the poor quality of the meat on the fajita nachos, she insinuated that I was lying by stating that she specifically told the cook to use fresh meat on them. So, even though Tacon Ganas NEVER completed my order, it was her position that it was ME who had an integrity problem! When I asked to speak to their manager, they refused.
After it became abundantly clear that neither of these people had any customer service skills at all, nor did they care that I was extremely unhappy not only with the food, but most especially with the way I was being treated, I gave up and left.
As I advised the rude and argumentative employees at the store, from now on, anytime I see Tacon Ganas menus left out anywhere, I will be THROWING THEM AWAY so that they can't ripoff other unsuspecting people like they did me! I will also be filing a formal complaint with the BBB, and warning as many people as I can on and off the Internet to avoid Tacon Ganas like the plague!
