I ordered a queso, an Emily special and a Chimichanga combo which all comes with queso over top. Their queso is white when it’s fresh. Well this queso is yellow and looks like chowder. It tastes sour and my husband actually threw up after eating it before realizing it was spoiled. I’m super understanding and kind as I’ve worked in the food and service industry, so that wasn’t a huge issue. What happened when I called is the true issue. I called to see if they could give me some new queso or something because I spent almost $40 and can’t even eat my food. I told them how the queso was bad and they said there was nothing wrong with it. They said it was probably just cold. The guy on the phone actually argued with me and told me I would be getting the same spoiled queso if I came back. I’m not even trying to be a Karen. this queso is so BAD. Like it’s been reheated for ATLEAST a week if not longer. And the reason it’s such a big deal because every meal I purchased is drenched in this spoiled dipI’m disgusted and extremely frustrated. I loved Tacos 4 ever and this isn’t even the first issue we’ve had. But this will be the last. Advice, if someone tries to tell you something is wrong with your food it’s not to be rude or insult you, it’s because you could get someone sick (which as I said before my husband actually threw up) and it’s not fair that I have to pay for something I wouldn’t feed to an animal.
