Stop by before camping. It was my first time in Hitachi city, so I struggled with one-way streets, but I was relieved that there was a parking lot (3 cars). A Fuji Royal roasting machine is installed in the store, and about 6 types of coffee are lined up lively. It seems that lectures are also held, and the impression is bright and open for the location. I bought Indonesian Mandelinto Baco (deep roasted), which I usually drink, and Bolivian Carolina (medium light roasted), which I have never drunk before. The package has the roasting date and taste comment, and the drip pack has a delicious brewing method. During my travels, I often ask the locals irrelevant questions. “Are there any places you recommend?” Then, the young shop owner replied with the fastest reaction in my history, and tried to blow my mind into the ramen shop, and before I knew it, I said, "Would you like to go camping with me?" lol "Youth" can sometimes have a negative image in terms of the accumulation of technology and know-how, but I think that this store is a great weapon that shortens the distance with customers. Although it was a short stay and a small purchase, I appreciate the warm service. It rains every day at the campsite (tears) Since the bag is a zip lock type, it is appreciated for opening on the go. The beans are of very good quality, even to the untrained eye. Of course, Mandheling has a rich and lingering finish that is perfect for the autumn cold, but Carolina has a citrus flavor and a clear sweetness that spreads and is an excellent item that will distract the lonely camper! In addition, the "Hitachi Blend" (Dripa), which consists of Brazil, Guatemala, etc., is a combination of soft sweetness, bitterness, and sourness that will not tire your mouth. All three of us had a great coffee time despite the rain. When I got home and looked at the store's website, I was able to read the origins of "Tadaima Coffee" and the words of Mr. Wada and Mr. Kansada. It's encouraging to see people and shops with such aspirations in rural areas.
