Walking up Treasure Hill artist village this cafe took me by surprise. It is a perfect laid back art cafe with a great welcoming vibe. So far my favorite spot in Taipei. The perilla rice ball and matching lemonade are incredible. I could spend the whole day reading a book here but more exploring needs to be done today.
