It was good. It came out of the oven hot, and the woman working there was friendly and clearly working hard. I’d it the best pizzas in New York? No. But might be best in the airport! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $1–10

I don't often feel compelled to post my misgivings for the web to see, but the Tagliare at EWR is an insult to all the amazing pizza places in the NYC area - all the incredible mom-and-pop small businesses that actually put care and quality into their food. I can't speak for other locations but this Tagliare location almost gleefully serves up soggy, underbaked slices, caked in copious amounts cafeteria cheese and sopping with grease, all while doing so in unkempt and slovenly kitchen. I couldn't imagine feeding this my dog, much less serving this stuff to people. Close this place down for a week, train your disgruntled staff, and use better ingredients or get out of the pizza game all together. Sad!
